Public Education
CLASI provides public information sessions on disabling conditions and other topics
of interest and assists in directing parents and professionals toward services and
programs.

Training for Support Workers
CLASI offers five training sessions every other year for working caregivers of those with
intellectual disabilities. Topics covered include Disabling Conditions, Behaviour
Strategies, Communication, Report Writing, and FASD. Training is provided by
a partnership with the University of Saskatchewan and the FASD Supported
Housing Project.

Families Experiencing Exceptional Loss (F.E.E.L.)
The F.E.E.L. group provides support to families who have lost a child with an
intellectual disability. Parents receive newsletters, peer support, and can attend a
three-day workshop each year. For further information please contact  Saskatchewan Association  for Community Living at  955.3344. 

Newsletter
CLASI publishes a newsletter, The Update, two to three times a year.
